Foxborough Select Board Approves Pickleball Venue's One-Day Beer-and-Wine License

FOXBOROUGH — June 24, 2026 — Foxborough Select Board approves one-day beer-and-wine permit for Patriot Place pickleball venue, accepts $2,300 in donations. The board unanimously approved a temporary beer-and-wine-only license for TPM International, Inc., doing business as 11-0 Pickleball at 340 Patriot Place, for June 26, with a condition that the business return its full liquor license to the Foxborough Police Department on June 25 and retrieve it on June 27. A board member noted that hard seltzers such as "High Noons" do not qualify under the restricted permit. The board also accepted a $300 donation from the Massachusetts Marine Trades Educational Trust for the Recreation Department's annual fishing derby and a $2,000 gift from HESCO, Health and Social Services Consortium, Inc., to fund food vendors for a "Comfort Wednesdays" program supporting public safety personnel and their families during the World Cup period. Before the license vote, the chair reminded a Patriot Place property representative that clear tenant communication about licensing requirements is essential, citing a prior alcohol-license issue at the complex.
